Our cows spend the whole summer on our alpine pasture in St. Ulrich am Pillersee.
The fresh alpine herbs, which find the dairy cows on the high mountain pastures, give the milk and thus also our ice cream a unique flavor.

Since autumn 2004 we follow the philosophy to produce our BauernEis with the best products and according to our own recipe.
For this we do without colorants and flavor enhancers and rely on carefully selected ingredients.
